Cake mix cookies

Prep Time: 10 min.    Total Time: 25 min.    Serves: 10

Ingredients

1 cake mix (any flavor)
2 eggs (or egg sub.)
1/2 cup oil (or applesauce)

optional:
1/2-1 cup mix-ins
examples: nuts, raisins, coconut, m&m's, choc. chips, butterscotch chips, use your imagination.....

Preparation

Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and mix-ins of your choice.
Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 min.
makes approx. 40 cookies (depending on the size you make)
Or...
You can make one big cookie and decorate it with icing.
