Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

Prep Time: 15 min.    Total Time: 1 hour    Serves: 6

Ingredients

1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 Box Lemon Pudding
1/4C Poppy Seeds
1C Water
1/2C Oil
4 Eggs

Topping:
1C Powdered Sugar
1 TBLS Melted Butter
4 TBLS Lemon Juice

Preparation

Grease & flour a bundt pan.
Mix all ingredients.
Add eggs last, 1 at a time.
Bake at temperature & time on cake box.
Let cake cool.

Topping:
Mix ingredients & pour over cooled cake.

*This cake is delicious & great for an afternoon party or shower.
