2 small baskets (or one large) of strawberries
1 Cup whipped cream
5 oz dark chocolate
2 Tbsp butter
1 package of cream cheese (at room temp)
1/3 cup sugar
1 thawed prepared pie crust
Whip cream and preheat oven to 375.
Bake Pie Crust (Pillsbury makes one that is in the refrigerated section that is fully prepared and you just unfold and put in a pie plate).
Bake for about 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
Mix cream cheese and sugar together.
Add to whipped cream and put mixture in cooled pie shell.
Cut off green tops of strawberries and arrange on top of pie. Pointy ends up.
Microwave chocolate and butter together about 20 seconds. Stir the mixture - the consistency should be very runny. You may have to microwave longer or add more butter depending on the chocolate.
With a spoon drizzle the chocolate back and forth over the pie.
Refrigerate an hour & enjoy!!!
