Ingredients
2 tbls milk
cooking spray
2 1/2 c slices Zucchini
1/4 c bread crumbs
1/4 c (1 oz) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp ground pepper

Preparation
Preheat oven 425
Combine bread crumbs thru pepper in bowl, stirring with a whisk.
Place milk in shallow bowl.
Dip zucchini slices in milk & dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
Place coated slices on wire rack coated with cooking spray, place on baking sheet.
Bake 30 min until crisp.
