LAST MINUTE VALENTINE'S DAY IDEAS
When you're on a budget, it's hard to find the right Valentine's gift for your sweetheart. Here are some inexpensive ways to express your love!
Gifts for your Special Lady: 1. Do all the diaper changes for a whole day, 2. Do the dishes for an entire week, 3. Hand her the remote during prime time AND don't sneak off to watch ESPN in another room, 3. Suggest going to see a chick flick or art show on date night, or 4. Say something nice about her mother. Gifts for your Special Guy: 1. Read a magazine in the car when he is driving so he can have one trip without a backseat driver, 2. Let him read the paper, enjoy a beer, and watch TV after work one evening for at least 30 minutes before giving him his evening chore list and the unabridged rundown of your day, 3. Suggest that he make a tee time soon because you've noticed it's been a while, or 4. Tell him he can keep his old t-shirt, tapes, chair or whatever he is hanging on to in order to preserve his youth
These tips and many more appear on Valentine's and Date Night Ideas . All the ideas were submitted by moms and dads.
